I had a reservation to stay here in July for a romantic getaway with my husband. The condo reserved said it had a nice balcony and looked perfect for a fun weekend. We checked in at the hotel then headed to the condo. Walking in, the place looked nice, until we opened the door. The place was tiny! There was no balcony. The kitchen was next to the bed and looked like a play kitchen for a child. The final straw was the slatted vertical blinds that were missing multiple slats. The condo faced the main entrance so anyone walking into the building had a direct view of the bed. There was no way we were staying there.

The room is nice and clean. The surrounding area is also nice. Park city has free bus service and there is a bus stop right across the street from the building

Great place for the price, it was clean and nice. The only reason that I've given it a 4 star is there is no check in desk. Check in is all done over the phone, which is a difficult process because we had to wait for the line to become free many times just to have simple questions like what the WiFi password was or where we could park.

I stayed in one of the more recently renovated rooms. It was nicer then I expected! Only hickup was with check-in. Apparently there isn't a front desk and you need a code for the front door. I couldn't find the code in my email. But they have a phone number to call and the lady helped me out and got everything squared away. Will stay again.

You don't even get what you pay for. This room was lacking some ammentities. No one was there to check us in and we had to call and get 3 codes. For our parking pass we were supposed to write something on it but couldn't find a prn anywhere. The showers was difficult to navigate and all the dishes were mismatched. There was a light outside the window that shined in because the room didn't I even have curtains. Walls were thinking so you could hear people walking down the hall and closing their doors. Not worth what we paid at all. Spend $20 more a night to go to a real hotel.

We went back to the hotel and they weren't surprised at all to see us. We explained the situation and she told us this is one of their older properties and she understood our frustration. Their were no other condos available, which was fine because we didn't want to stay there anyways. Our money was refunded and we tried to find somewhere else to stay. Everywhere in Park City was booked. We ended up in South Salt Lake. We had to pay more for a room and ended up driving an extra 2 hours up to Park City then 45 minutes back to our new hotel. Most of our day was completely wasted. We will never be staying here and wouldn't recommend it to anyone!
