We loved our stay in the condo. Perfect location and perfect size for our family of five. Everything was clean and well-kept with a modern kitchen. Just great location with our three kids- ages 9,8,5. Owners were incredibly helpful and sent all kinds of info beforehand. And, agreed to let us stay a little later on our final day since no one was coming in that day. Thank you, thank you! We had a blast!!
Stayed here in February for a few days of skiing and overall the condo met our needs. The beds were comfortable (including the murphy bed), the place was well appointed (no cooking spray though) and clean. The location was literally a stone's throw from the lift tickets.
My husband and I have stayed with friends in the Two Bedroom condo and had a great experience. The location is so close to everything you need. Walk downstairs and you find yourself right at the chair lifts and ticket windows. A few more steps and you are at the bus stop that will take you to the other 2 ski resorts in town or to the Main Street area. This condo is ideal especially if you have never been to Park City. You don't lose any time trying to figure out how to find things or trying to get around because it is all RIGHT there! Furnishings are very upscale and comfortable. I highly recommend!
A few problems: 1) You have to move the kitchen table to extend the murphy bed and there's really nowhere to put the table and still use it. It's a pain to keep moving the table every day so we just left the bed down and ate at the kitchen counter. Not a big deal but we didn't expect that. 2) When they say that there is a fitness center and pool, know that it is not located in the building (which is where I assumed it would be). It is located across the plaza in The Lodge probably about a 50 yard walk. 3) It was noisy early every morning. The unit is located in the front of the building overlooking the plaza. Every morning around 5:00 we were woken by the sound of shovels and once a bobcat machine clearing snow. We'd also hear luggage carts early morning as they moved around outside.
WONDERFUL CONDO! I STAYED IN THIS CONDO WITH MY BEST FRIEND FOR A WEEK IN DECEMBER. I HAD NOT SKIED IN OVER FIFTEEN YEARS AND THIS TRIP AND CONDO MADE ME REALIZE WHAT I HAD BEEN MISSING! THE CONDO IS BEAUTIFUL AND IS RIGHT IN THE HUB OF SKIING IN PC. IT IS SPACIOUS AND OFFERS LOVELY SURROUNDINGS. THE ENTRY IS GREAT AND OFFERS THE PERFECT PLACE TO LOAD AND UNLOAD ALL YOUR EQUIPMENT. THE BEDROOMS ARE RELAXING AND QUIET AND LARGER THAN MOST PLACES I'VE STAYED. THE BATHROOMS ARE SERENE AND UPDATED AND WERE STOCKED WITH NICE TOILETRIES. THE KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM'S OPEN PLAN MADE COOKING FUN AND SOCIAL. THE VIEW FROM THE LIVING ROOM IS WONDERFUL AND QUAINT AND WATCHING SKIERS COME AND GO WAS FUN. THE CONVENIENCE TO EQUIPMENT, TICKETS, FOOD AND ENTERTAINMENT CAN'T GET ANY BETTER. THIS PLACE HAS A VERY GOOD FEEL FROM EVERY ASPECT. I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN AND TELL FRIENDS TO DO THE SAME!
You could not ask for more in a vacation rental. I have stayed in both the 1 and 2 BR units, and they are well-appointed, clean, and large. Both units have large bedrooms, and the 1 BR unit can easily accomodate a family of 4. The larged tiled entryway has plenty of room for your ski equipment and keeps the rest of the place clean and dry. The open kitchen bar area allows the cook to feel like he/she is still part of the action. This condo building is in the center of the resort plaza and is truly ski-in ski-out. I have stayed in several other places in Park City, but this is my favorite.
