Matt showed us lots of properties in a very price diverse market, He is very savvy about business and finance and a real pleasure to work with. He was always willing to show us more properties even if it was unlikely we would buy any particular one. In fact, we had no intention of buying at the present time. He was unfailingly patient and never any pressure to make a decision. I think it took us 3 visits to PC over the span of a year to finally commit to a house perfect for us!
