If it wasn’t for Steve being so on top of the market, I never would have got my deal done. There was plenty of competition for the property I purchased, but we were first in line because Steve went above and beyond to be on top of the listings and would always work after hours. Coming from Washington, the task of finding a new home for my family in Utah was daunting. He worked with our tight schedule, showing us a large number of homes over the few days I was in town and even went out of his way to show us an extra couple after I’d thought I’d made a decision.
