The people were super friendly. They had a pool, Whirlpool, and skating rink.The condo was average the couch bed was just springs. The bed was small and the mountain was noisy.
Experience wasn't horrible, but I won't be coming back.
Luckily we were able to open the door later in the evening to cool down, but was paranoid about neighbors peaking in.
We visited in off season and were upgraded to a condo. Beautiful on the inside. Only dowside was most everything was closed.
The 2 bedroom condo was huge, a great deal for the price. It was two stories with lots of beds and a spacious kitchen, and priced similarly to much smaller rooms at other hotels. The room was very clean, updated, and comfortable. The facility is right next to the alpine slide and other fun activities in the summer, and has an outdoor ice rink in the winter. The pool was also great. We would definitely stay again.
Not the biggest fan of this hotel. They had good service, but the rooms were really small, the balcony was shared with the next room, they didn't have actual drapes to cover the sliding door, and their A/C and Heating unit didn't work.
I stayed here for three and a half weeks. Rooms are nice. Lock system is awful. I was locked out of my room numerous times and each time had to walk to another building at the far corner of the property to get a new 11 digit code for the door. Don't expect hotel level service here because it is not a hotel! These are private condos that are rented out in the owners' absence.
