Really great location, not too expensive, very nice and clean rooms, only giving 3 stars because the fire alarm went off around 1:30 in the morning and it took them forever to turn it off and there were no fire alarm lights flashing or anything (at least not on the 4th floor) so we were unsure if that's what it even was. We went outside with a few people also staying in the 4th floor and after a while they turned them off so we went to the front desk to see why it went off and if we were okay to go back to our rooms. That was the only negative about staying here. Other than that the staff was great, and the bathrooms were clean and amazing! Beautiful view from the balcony, comfy beds!
My wife, my 2 year old and myself just checked out of the hotel today and as soon as we left the hotel and started driving back, we started noticing itchy spots on our skin which closely resemble bed bug bites or flea bites. This is very annoying and very disappointing. I had a bad feeling about the hotel as soon as we checked in but I decided to give it a chance. I definitely regret this decision. Our anniversary and my wife's birthday is now ruined.
The place is exceptional my team and I absolutely loved it!! And a huge shout out to Claudia who works the front desk she made our stay so much better!! It's a great area and in combination with everything that we experienced there we would give it more stars if we could!! Check this lodge out you guys you will be very pleased!!
The room was a 2 bedroom, 3 bath. BEAUTIFUL views of the balcony. There is no complimentary breakfast. These condos are mostly owner occupied. Room service has been outstanding along with the front desk. There is no salon service. A pool, sauna and hot tub are available. The sauna and hot tub are indoor, the pool is outdoors
Upon checking in as well, I did not feel a very welcoming attitude from the staff. The two ladies at the front desk on 16 Jun at 4 pm were not rude, but could be at least more welcoming. My wife called down to the front desk later than afternoon to ask about what time the rides shut down for my 2 year and was just pretty much told to google it.
If I was given a choice I would definitely would like to get my money back or part of it. My family will never come back to this place.
Beware future customers, bring some itch cream!
This place was cute and the bed was cozy. BUT holy hell it was a literal maze. We got lost getting ice, looking for the lobby, trying to find our way to the lower parking garage and trying to find our friend's room 2 floors above us. There were no maps at the front desk and no employees there to help. Also, the shower head was broken. I would not stay here again.
