Great staff and room was nice and cozy! Would recommend sundial lodge to anyone!
Well worth the cost. Our studio room was a perfect, romantic, birthday, getaway. There was a fireplace in the room, and a balcony with a view.
Our stay at the Sundial lodge was a nightmare! We ended up not having any hot water in our room. When tried to work with the property manager (Nick), who was of no help. We tried to get a refund for our stay, and we're told by Nick we needed to talk to Hotwire since we had booked through them. After 3 hours on the phone with Hotwire and Nick we learned that Nick was the individual who needed to authorize our refund which he refused to do. Horrible management and customer service. We stayed in room C413A
Go anywhere else, it has to be better than this place. We pulled up to a beautiful resort and that is where the fun ended... There was no AC so our room stayed about 85 degrees the entire night even with the windows open. We could have slept better in our car. They were short staffed. They made us several key cards that didn't work with our room. The room itself felt dirty. There were hairs in the shower and the chair to the desk was completely broken so that the moment you touched it the top fell off. We would never return here!
Nice facility, but keep in mind there are no daily maid services. Generally pretty clean.
