Had a trip booked with some friends and our ride fell thru two days before hand. Discovered that Hertz had a location in Park City which became very convenient since i live a couple blocks away. I booked last minute thru my insurance company. They did not have the car I had chosen online, and offered an upgraded vehicle at a discounted price. They were very nice and cooperative and got me on the road in no time!
