Awful experience. Do not rent from this location. My reservation was messed up, I was charged extra for things that did not happen, there was no one there when the office was supposed to be opened. Expect nothing but disappointment, frustration and extra charges from this company. DO NOT USE.
There should be negative stars for the customer service and efficiency of this company. I counted 12 different families who stood for over an hour and a half waiting for cars that they had reserved SIX months in advance. Unbelievably bad service at the counter. Unbelievably atrocious business practices. How this company continues to exist boggles my mind. Don't choose Budget, rent a horse and a buggy. You'll most likely get to your destination sooner.
I would like to say how happy I was to get such a fine employee like Cory at your Park City office. Cory went above and beyond what I expected. He was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I had a particular needy situation that Cory handled professionally and I am thoroughly satisfied with the results. Because of Cory I will definitely use Budget rentals again. Cory gets an A in my book for outstanding service. Definitely a 5 star rating. Thanks Mike L
