Was sad to see Sports Authority close down.
large living room and bedrooms, with a small balcony/deck at reduced rent prices. Tenant pays electric and gas. They constantly encourage us to call with any problems. They always arrive promptly and I've never had to pay for their services. They fixed my garbage disposal, toilet got clogged, they even came and replaced light bulbs. My son is grown but their are a lot of school age kids who are very polite. No designated parking but we never have a problem parking just outside. It's a great place to live. No trash on the ground, well kept lawns, trees, shrubbery.
Most think you have to make little or no money to live here. Not so. My son and I have a 2 bedroom here. We're not rich but make comfortable money. Pricey tourist trap. Lots of overpriced stores, and get ready it is very cold walking around outside even when theres no snow in November. Nice to not see many bums like downtown Salt lake city, and nice view of the mountains, very green , but again very pricy. Good place to bring a picnic and people watch. But dress for it cause it is cold and beware of the snow and wind...
