If you camp at the lower levels, much is desired. The upper level ($$) comes with much road noise yet is nicer than the lower levels that have trash laying about. No WiFi or cable at the lower level either. The unfriendly greeting by the desk clerk has a lasting effect. We would NOT recommend this so-called "Resort."
The BEST RV resort we have ever been in- so thankful to stay here for several months and enjoy the mountains, the river, all the Park City attractions, and the swimming pool etc. Plus the staff treated us like kings and queens, and I wish we could leave a 10-star recommendation.
The location is beautiful; it is surrounded by hills and just at the base of the mountain and Park City. Great location, too, since it is close to Park City, but an easy drive to SLC. There are a lot of hikes that start right off their lot and there is a creek on site, too. The lots are big enough, some roomier than others, especially in the campground section. The RV "resort" section for larger pull-through sites is a little concrete jungle, but all the sites are level and paved. Clean bathrooms and pool. Nice dog run. You can get mail here which is a bonus.
Awesome stay, beautiful resort with many amenities. Alfonso the grounds keepers is a super rad, happy, nice guy who made my stay. A nice smiling face in the morning and a hello turned into an awesome conversation. Will come back to say hi to Alfonso.. and swim in the pool ! Woohoo
This is no resort, unless you get a premium or deluxe space on the main level. The lower levels where they charge reasonable rates and put short stays (and a few longer ones, apparently) are nothing more than grass or gravel areas with hookups. No shade, no lighting, no pads. The first space they assigned us was too small for our fifth wheel and I had to ask for a different one. The desk clerk was accommodating about that, but the only other space available did not have sewer but was the same price. The only positive was strong wifi. I was glad we stayed only one night and will not return.
