As our waiter took our breakfast orders, he was very rude when we asked for substitutions and said things like, "I guess I'll see what I can do" accompanied with exaggerated eye rolls. A member of our party asked for Diet Coke to drink which he finally brought out after 20 minutes. We waited 45 minutes for our food, and then he forgot one of the orders completely. He refilled drinks once before the food came and never again. When we requested our check, he said "You're going to do it all on one check, right?" After we had already told him we needed it split. When we reminded him to split it he said "I beg you not to." We again requested the split, and he replied with "fine" only to bring us our check all on one tab. He added in the gratuity, charged us for more than we ordered, and never apologized for the forgotten meal. This was the worse service I've ever experienced, which is upsetting because the food was good.
Breakfast served all day can't ever be a bad thing. We had great and quick service. My daughter had the pearl sugared Belgian waffle with sausage and bacon crumple with a fried egg on top. Da Bomb! Awesome toast and jam with the breakfast entrees. Check it out.
We had about 20 come here for a work dinner. Food was allright except the chicken wasn't cooked all the way :( I only ate about a third of my dinner because the chicken grossed me out. I didn't want to make a scene and complain. But the worst part was the hostess at the front. My group had mostly men, and she would flirt and stare at many of them the entire time we were there. Then there came another host lady that she would whisper and point at different men making everyone uncomfortable. We are all married, and it was very uncalled for. They need to find new employees who can do their job and not worry about picking up a date. She was about 25, long dark hair. I won't be going back there any time soon.
Best burger and fries ever! My wife and I have come here every time we are In the area. Amazing staff and super nice.
It seems like this place has recently gotten a harsh reputation as far as reviews, but as far as recent dining experiences this was my best. Had a great burger cooked exactly as requested and their beer selection is primo! Alfredo was a very polite waiter with a no rush attitude, but always around when needed. One of the oldest eateries in Park City and for good reason.
