Handicap access very scary basically going down a trash shoot. That being said bouncers were big and very accommodating; but is seriously steep, and they got me down w/o issue. I’m in an electric chair total weight 600#. Call ahead at least a week and they’ll get you in ASAP..
Bathrooms need serious work, lighting for walkways would help just a little, sound is okay and can vary depending on the night, have seen great shows here over the years, a little more maintenance and this place gets a higher vote. Don't make your guests wait outside in the cold when you could invite them to spend money quicker, they are less than inviting at times, overall prefer the depot and state room over this venue it's in the too 6 around the salt lake city area for live shows.
During the Sundance Film Festival huge artists come to perform and many celebrities come to party here.
Have been here once for an amazing concert. Staff was not the friendliest though. I understand they deal with hundreds of people, but one expects classier service personnel in Park City than Salt Lake.
Zedd, illenium, and other great shows. Park city sucks to park in everywhere but that can't be helped. Great place
Great intimate venue with great artists from all around the world performing. The only negative for me is that they have partnered with Grey Goose which limits alcohol selection... They don't have many flavored spirits available which limits drink selection.
