I also like the free, no-hassle, lifetime warranty on workmanship. At other stores stores I’ve gone to, you have to bring the jewelry in every six months for a check or the warranty is void. I think that is kind of bogus. This is one more reason why I like Park City Jewelers. I don’t have to bring it in and I know it will be covered even if I come in 10 years from now.
This is the best jewelry store on the planet! They made a beautiful custom ring for me. It is stunning. I get so many compliments. They are really easy to work with.

It was stunning when he finished and brought me to tears because for the first time I was able to see what it must have looked like to my husband's great grandmother on her wedding day.
When I explained that we were from Oregon and my opal ring (which had been my husband's great grandmother's wedding ring) needed to be polished because it's luster had worn away after 130 years. They not only reassured me they could do it one of the several delightful employees, without hesitation, took us across the street to meet Ken Whipple the owner, who was just finishing his lunch....so HE could assist me!
Mr. Whipple gave us a fun little tour of his business which concluded with him personally not only polishing my opal but he also polished and cleaned the entire ring.
