My son got a haircut which he did not like and told the lady (?) that was not what he wanted. She called him a SMARTASS and laughed. So despicable!!!!

Don’t waste your time. Showed up with my son at the time estimated after he checked in online, and after waiting an additional half hour (above the 48 min estimate after checking in) and seeing them take someone two spots below him on the list we left.
Becky was great. She gave me a great cut and was very friendly. The staff also took care of my son and got him a trim while was getting mine. The only issue I have is the online checkin. I called before hand to get an appointment and they told me I must use the online or app check in.
