Love this Smiths - employees are great, big selection. Only place in town that carries the diapers my daughter uses. They are one of the more expensive grocery stores in town though.
I am a regular at this store of 10 years now but today, Mark the cashier provided me excellent customer service. I stopped by to get a 12 pack of Mountain Dew. The store was not busy so I was the only customer in line. Mark says 'I am pretty sure you can get a 24 pack around the same price, it's on sale right now. Let me go check for you." He ran across the store so I can get a better deal. There is good customer service, and then there is Mark who provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service. All the other staff are so consistently nice and polite. I love this store!!! Best grocery store ever!!!
Friendly, helpful staff. It's a busy, 24-hour store, but they usually keep the lines moving or have registers available, particularly in self-checkout. They sometimes sell out of products quickly. Could be cleaned more often, but I wouldn't describe the store as really messy.
Good size store for a mountain town. Has a Starbucks inside. Also has fresh made sushi. Part of the Kroger chain of stores.
Great selection of products, but they have a hard time keeping the shelves stocked. Recommend going early in the day for the best selection. Pretty good produce section.
