Horrible ! Worst experience ever ! DOT NOT BUY FROM THEM! I ordered flowers for a friend whom recently loss their infant child on 02/06/2017 . This company uses an online vendor called Troys Florist. I called on 02/07/2017 they day my ordered was to be delivered and spoke to a customer service representative in regards to confirmation and delivery time. I was told that the order was received and was set to be delivered on 02/07/2017. On the morning of 02/08/2017 i was called by a customer service representative and advised that this shop refused my order because of Valentines Day demands being so high and i would have to purchase another $35 dollars in product on top of my $67.96 purchase in order to have my ordered delivered. This order was for the death of an infant ! not for Valentines Day. They only care about money and do not take care of their customers. Horrible business ethics. Refusing and order because you want additional sales and because its a week away from Valentines Day! You should be ashamed! Only resolution given by Troys flowers on this company behalf is " well i can give you a refund but don't know what to tell you " .
