They gave me the BEST! Customer service I've ever had. I'm covered in tattoos and unusually followed around stores and harassed. I came in to blow a bunch of money on My kids and wife looking like a bum, and they didn't even care. My man Andrew was the most helpful associate I've ever seen. Not only did he go about helping my wife find the best price, but also the exact right apple watch my wife wanted. He also found me the best 0hobe screen protector for my new phone. Then he found us another associate who knew tons about routers and helped us pick one. On the way out Chad was awesome, he made time to chat for a minute and ask about the new baby we had with us. Super friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10 guys. I will be back soon.
We replaced our TV - Went to Best Buy Park City and found the sales staff to be very professional and spent the time to explain all the seemingly endless options on today's TV. We even got the "best price" guarantee as they looked for the same TV at other stores and matched that price.
Minority and colored people beware you are not going to be welcome at the the Park city Best buy store it is filled with white folks from small town Park City who are racist and use prejudice against their customers. With recent news covering anti-Russian media me and my wife who speak Russian where refuse service at the Park City store and where told that we have been identified as resellers when we tried to purchase multiple video games and systems for christmas gifts for friends and family. The truth is when you walk into The Park City Best Buy you will notice that there is no colored African American Employees or any foreigners. I find this odd and very disrespectful I guess our dollar is not green enough for these folks they made us feel like criminals trying to get away with something.
This is a full service Best Buy that is well staffed with friendly service. Plenty of parking including an underground garage. Geek Squad installed a wall mounted TV and sound bar for me in a professional manner. Recent gaming PC purchase was a great experience (good deal after much research online for lower priced custom builds). Public restroom. Handicap friendly.
