Dr. Peterson is the most outstanding dentist I had. He is extremely knowledgeable about cosmetic dentistry and about how the teeth affect sleep and breathing. He is communicative and caring. His staff is the best and I am so thankful he moved to Utah. I highly recommend him.
This is the second time I have used Dr. Peterson's services. Both times I've visited this practice has exceeded all expectations from the first moment I walked through the door through my last follow-up appointment.
Dr. Peterson and his staff were wonderful. All my options and the different cost aspects were explained to me so that I could make an educated decision. My situation was an emergency where I had knocked out my front tooth. I called after hours and left a message fully expecting to get a call the next morning when the offices opened. To my surprise Dr. Peterson called me back within half an hour. We made an appointment for the next day at 11:30am (which I am sure was his lunch break). He made a fantastic effort to squeeze me into a full schedule. We had a lot of work to do to install a post to place the crown but he did what he could in the timeframe until his next appointment showed up. We made arrangements for me to come in later that day at 4PM to finish the job. I mashed around park city for an hour and got a call saying I could come back that his appointment didn't take the full time allotted. I left with a lovely new intact front tooth and could not have been more pleased. Not only did he do a gorgeous job of saving my existing crown, he fixed the little chips that were on them so they looked better than they did prior to being knocked out. The fact he did all this for me on short notice was just wonderful. The staff is personable and knowledgeable. The Dental Assistant was very good, with 27 years of experience doing dentistry. I could not be more pleased. There is no question that his service is far superior to any other dentist in Utah. The Quality of work speaks for itself and is worth every dime.
Dr. Peterson's professional manners, extensive knowledge, and attention to detail made my visits stress free and pleasant. He took the time to explain the situation with my repair and detail each of my options and to make sure I fully understood the situation. I was impressed with how well the repair came out and that the equipment used allowed such a low impact and easy fix. I am amazed with the final results and am very happy and satisfied.
I have been a client of Dr. Peterson since he set up shop in Park City. Previously, I had tried 2 different dentists in town, neither of which I loved. Boy am I glad I found Dr. Peterson. He now treats my 3 kids, my girlfriend and another friend I sent to him. Everyone loves him and his staff! His staff evens calls back from cell phones when necessary - it’s the only practice I’ve ever seen that does that! They also go out of their way to care for your health. I had a strange lump in my mouth one time. They squeezed me in on an emergency basis, then made an appointment on the spot for me to go to the oral surgeon to take care of it. The service was amazing. Dr. Peterson truly cares for your well being. He also has the most cutting edge technology and services I’ve seen from a dentist. It’s a phenomenal combination.
Dr. Peterson and his staff are professional, very friendly, and extremely helpful with answering questions both over the phone and in person. The check in process was easy and fast. The staff is available at anytime to answer any questions about procedures. Prior to my visit I had several phone conversation with the staff and I found them very responsive and helpful in answering my questions.
When you move, finding a new dentist is one of my least favorite things to do. I'd gone to my former dentist for years and really liked him and his staff. I'd heard about Dr. Peterson from a colleague and decided to give him a shot. After my first visit I realized how much I was missing out on. Dr. Peterson's exams are 100x more helpful and informative than anything that I had previously received. He measured my teeth, and my gums, analyzed my bite with his special camera and pointed out the many things I was doing well. When I've needed some work done, he taught me what I needed and why and never pushed me into it. I've been going to Dr. Peterson for over a year now and have recommended him to my friends and family.
