I usually like Old Navy, but this particular one is always such a mess. I don't know if shoppers in this area are extra rude and make a mess, or if staff never organize.
Went to take advantage of the school clothes sale. Everything was such a mess you couldn't find the items that were on sale
My girls each wanted to try on 1 outfit, but since it was close to closing they wouldn't even let us try them on. So they lost a $60 sale. Very poor customer service.
Terrible is the word that comes to mind when we went to this location. The store was very dirty and unorganized. Could not find prices for sales items anywhere. Deffiently need some help in the management department.
Overall I'm a fan of Old Navy, but this particular outlet store is just full of the junk that they can't seem to sell at any of their other stores. I've bought several sweatshirts and tee shirts here only to get home and realize that they have stains or holes in them. The prices are good, and occasionally you can find something nice, but for the most part I haven't been impressed with the clothing they're selling.
