I live in SLC but always taking my bike to Storm Cycles for repairs because the staff there is just amazing! Always ready to help with quick repairs and I always feel so welcome there. It's one of the rare stores where I can ask anything with hundred percent certainty I will get the right answer.
The displays were well done, and they had amazing customer service. We lost a bolt to one or our bike tires and they replaced it for free. Basically I would recomend this place to anyone who needed a bike or a replacement.
Storm cycles saved me from some serious road rash or even worse. Took road bike in for new tires. Being a very thorough and professional shop they looked over my bike before installing tires. Jesse found my carbon framed cracked completely at the seat stays. They had frame repaired, painted and bike rebuilt in a short 2 weeks. Very thankful for their attention to detail.
