Team work obviously isn't a thing here. I don't care if bankers and clerks have different titles or responsibilities. Say hello to your customers, thank them for waiting. Leaning on each others cubicle walls shows how little care they have. Definitely not a location I will go back to if I need help from a banker.

Andrew P is a great clerk who clearly works hard while the bankers sit around not even acknowledging customers as they patiently wait in line while one poor guy busts his butt helping everyone.
I have tried to order checks and change my address from here twice. Apparently that is a little too complicated for the people who work at this branch. If there was a zero star rating I would giv it too them. Definitely taking my banking else where.
Bank hours are apparently just a guideline for employees. Waited almost 30 min after they were supposed to open at 9am. People inside won't open the doors and won't acknowledge that I'm knocking on the door to even let me know if i should come back or keep waiting.
The art and ability to offer customer service is seriously lacking in this location.
Had a fantastic experience and would recommend anyone to come to this Chase.
